RESEARCH

In my undergraduate career, I studied genetics, genomics, and development, focusing broadly on the impacts of sequence-level variations in both model and non-model organisms. My present interest lies in the question of how the 3D organization of the genome affects human disease phenotypes. I am currently utilizing super-resolution microscopy techniques to explore this interest via the visualization of the whole human genome. In the near future, I hope to pursue my MD/PhD and investigate these questions further.
