Microscopy is my passion. Thus, I focus on Super-Resolution image analysis automation and imaging optimisation. My main research focus is to understand chromatin organisation within the nucleus. Currently working on the visualisation of the whole human genome using super-resolution microscopy. How does chromatin organisation influence important biological processes?
